Terms and Conditions for Using 77c

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of 77c and all services available through it, including but not limited to casino games, slot games, live casino, sports betting, crash games, the game lobby, and the VIP programme.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or accessing any game or feature on 77c, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Are using the platform voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, and within a budget you are comfortable with.
• Accept that all gaming activity carries financial risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 77c.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 77c, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77c does not knowingly allow minors to register or play.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You may hold only one account on 77c. If you already have an existing account — even if it is inactive or suspended — you may not register a new one.
• You must not register or play on behalf of another person.
• You must not be under a self-exclusion period previously requested on 77c.

77c reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77c login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

• Any activity that takes place under your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77c support immediately via live chat.
• You must not attempt to access another player's account.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 77c account and do not reuse it across other platforms.

77c takes platform security seriously and employs standard technical measures to protect account data. However, you bear responsibility for keeping your own login details secure on your device.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77c are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.

• Deposits are generally credited to your 77c balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in your account area. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing.
• The payment method used for a withdrawal must match, where possible, the method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• 77c does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before they are released. Providing accurate account information during registration helps avoid delays.

77c reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending verification request, or an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements.

5Bonuses and Promotions

77c offers bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the conditions attached to it.

• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated on each offer.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment use only. Attempting to complete wagering requirements through low-risk or mechanically repetitive betting strategies that exploit bonus terms is considered abuse and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available once per player, per household, and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim them again is a breach of these Terms.
• 77c reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active bonuses already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the original conditions at the time of claiming.
• Free spins and other game-specific bonuses may be restricted to particular slot titles or game categories.
• VIP cashback is credited as real money to your balance and does not carry wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific VIP tier terms.

6Games and Sports Betting

• All games are provided for entertainment. Outcomes in slot games, live casino, and crash-style titles are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures. No outcome can be predicted or guaranteed.
• Sports betting odds are set by 77c and reflect the platform's assessment of likely outcomes. Placing a bet does not guarantee a return of any amount.
• In-play betting on cricket and other sports is available during live matches. Bets placed during live events are subject to the odds available at the exact moment the bet is confirmed — not the odds displayed when you started filling in your betslip.
• 77c reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a technical error affected the odds, where the result is disputed, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply across all products and are shown at the point of placing a bet or spin.
• Game availability may vary and some titles may be temporarily unavailable due to provider maintenance or other technical reasons.

For cricket betting in particular — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and other Pakistan cricket events — markets and odds are updated in real time. 77c is not responsible for disruption to in-play betting caused by broadcast delays, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or unforeseen match interruptions.

7Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

77c is committed to providing a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any associated balance potentially forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with games, place bets, or navigate the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players — in live poker, live casino, or any other game format — to gain an advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to generate credits, spins or winning outcomes that would not occur under normal platform operation. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected error must be reported and will not be honoured.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 77c to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including bonus farming.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming.

8Responsible Gaming

77c is an adult entertainment platform. We take our responsibility to players seriously and provide a set of tools designed to help you keep gaming within healthy limits.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases take 24 hours to apply.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after playing for a set amount of time.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to several weeks.

9Intellectual Property

All content on 77c — including the platform name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, written content, software and structural design — is the intellectual property of 77c or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any part of the platform's content for commercial or public purposes without prior written permission.

• Game titles and assets are the intellectual property of their respective game providers and are used under licence.
• You may not scrape, crawl or use automated tools to extract data from 77c.
• The 77c brand name and logo may not be used in any third-party context without written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

77c provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform availability and game integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• 77c is not liable for losses resulting from your gaming or betting decisions. All real-money wagering carries inherent financial risk, and you accept this risk when you place any bet or spin.
• 77c is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service outages on your side.
• In the event of a technical error that causes a game to display an incorrect result or pay an incorrect amount, 77c reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected balances accordingly.
• 77c's liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Account Suspension and Closure

77c may suspend or close your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You provide false information during registration or verification.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity connected to your account.
• A chargeback is initiated on a deposit that has been used for betting.
• You are found to hold more than one account on the platform.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting 77c support through live chat. If you have a positive PKR balance at the time of voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal that has passed verification checks will be processed normally. Balances on accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

12Changes to These Terms

77c reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — typically by email or an in-platform notification — and will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
